In terms of purpose, this research was applied, and in terms of method, it was descriptive-correlational. The study was conducted through a survey approach and structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of football coaches in Iraq and relevant members of the football coaches’ assembly, totaling 336 individuals. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, 179 participants were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected using a leadership style questionnaire based on the situational leadership framework of Hersey, Blanchard, and Natemeyer, an attitude toward change questionnaire, and a moral intelligence questionnaire. Instrument validity was examined through content, convergent, and discriminant validity, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The findings showed that leadership style was positively and significantly associated with moral intelligence among football coaches in Iraq. Moreover, moral intelligence was positively and significantly associated with attitude toward change. Mediation analysis confirmed the mediating role of moral intelligence in the relationship between leadership style and attitude toward change. Model fit indices, including the GOF value of 0.660, indicated a desirable fit. Therefore, strengthening effective leadership styles along with enhancing moral intelligence may be associated with a more positive attitude toward change among football coaches.</span></p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل رابطه سبک رهبری و نگرش نسبت به تغییر با میانجی‌گری هوش اخلاقی در مربیان فوتبال کشور عراق بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود که با رویکرد پیمایشی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مربیان فوتبال کشور عراق و اعضای مرتبط با مجمع مربیان فوتبال بود که تعداد آنان ۳۳۶ نفر گزارش شد. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، ۱۷۹ نفر به روش تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه سبک رهبری بر مبنای الگوی رهبری موقعیتی هرسی، بلانچارد و ناتمایر، پرسشنامه نگرش نسبت به تغییر و پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی استفاده شد. روایی ابزارها از طریق روایی محتوایی، روایی همگرا و واگرا و پایایی آنها با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد سبک رهبری با هوش اخلاقی مربیان فوتبال عراق رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین هوش اخلاقی با نگرش نسبت به تغییر رابطه مثبت و معناداری نشان داد. نتایج آزمون میانجی‌گری نیز نقش میانجی هوش اخلاقی را در رابطه میان سبک رهبری و نگرش نسبت به تغییر تأیید کرد. شاخص‌های برازش مدل، از جمله مقدار GOF برابر با 0.۶۶۰، بیانگر برازش مطلوب مدل بود. در نتیجه، تقویت سبک‌های رهبری کارآمد همراه با ارتقای هوش اخلاقی می‌تواند با نگرش مثبت‌تر مربیان فوتبال نسبت به تغییر همراه باشد.</p> https://www.quarterlylongevity.com/index.php/longevity/article/download/87/75
